Your Envirocare Franchise
As an Envirocare franchisee, you will run a busy commercial gardening business focusing on the business, industrial and utility markets, with the likes of business parks, medical facilities, property management companies, residential care homes, hotels and restaurants as your clients.

You will be joining a profitable, ethical and fast-moving business based on a tried-and-tested model. The results speak for themselves. Every current Envirocare franchisee has converted an average of 11% of their outbound marketing activity into new business within three months of trading.
While our franchisees don’t need to be sales people, they do need to be prepared to follow the franchise method, take advice and work hard. Franchisees receive one week of classroom-based business development training, followed by training in the field and launch marketing activity tailored to their needs.
You will then receive ongoing business development support and contracts for the franchise network from our national accounts team.
Every Envirocare franchisee is given their own website with a news area, a jobs board and a customer login area.
Envirocare targets more than 500,000 potential business customers across the UK, offering access to a market-leading national standard of grounds maintenance. The industry accreditations and memberships that are included as standard within the franchise model will enable your Envirocare depot to service a range of clients.

An Envirocare franchise provides all the support you need to run a successful grounds maintenance business.
Experience of the commercial property services sector is not essential and you will be the franchise owner of a substantial local employer with a variety of companies as your clients.
From the comprehensive training programme and early business life support to the regular business reviews, regional meetings and annual conferences, your Envirocare business will be supported by the expertise you need to be successful.
- Training – a comprehensive three-week course including on-site training
- Ongoing support – in all areas of the business, from operations to national accounts and IT
- Marketing – a freephone number, local and national marketing support and marketing material
- Accounts – all invoicing and credit control is done centrally
- Health & Safety – a specialist bespoke system ensuring you and your employees meet and exceed requirements
- Human resources – an external provider to assist with any employment issues
- Equipment – everything you need to start a grounds maintenance business, including uniform, computer, software, materials and trailer.
Research by Envirocare ensures each franchise territory has an equal opportunity in relation to target businesses. This includes a report on the number of target businesses and forms part of the start-up package.
The initial franchise fee is £43,000 + VAT. There will also be a requirement for some working capital, depending on your own circumstances.
The monthly franchise fee of 12% of turnover includes a 2% contribution towards continual national marketing. Envirocare has excellent relationships with dedicated franchise teams at the leading banks. Funding is generally available subject to status and security.
